Mentor
Offer an experienced perspective on issues related to successful roundtables and keeps the discussions moving and focused on the topic.
Encourage depth, openness, and participation from each member. Promote an atmosphere of trust within the group.
Confirm with facilitator that members and the GSWHCC have received the meeting notices.
Attend and report to CEO Roundtable Steering Committee meetings.
Advise changes in membership of members in the group.
Facilitator
Help the group to assess its needs, schedule meetings, select hosts, plan agendas, and evaluate its work.
Serve as group liaison with
"To Be Identified", CEO Roundtable coordinator of
GSWHCC.
Meet with other facilitators, and mentors, to evaluate the progress of the CEO Roundtables at Steering Committee meetings.
Report and receive help with any problems, which arise in the group.
Maintain accurate names and addresses of participants.
Forward attendance records to
"To Be Identified" following each meeting.
Timely notification to members of next meeting.
If meetings are held at the Chamber, please inform "Jana Saldivar" of any equipment needed one week in advance.

Host the roundtable meeting at your company or at an appropriate meeting
facil
Furnish light refreshments or a meal, if this is part of your group plan.
Participants
Be on time.
Attend meetings, make them a priority.
Give notice if you are unable to attend a meeting.
Be prepared to discuss topic and participate in the meeting.
