CEO Roundtables provide a confidential board of advisors to support owners and presidents of small and mid-size businesses with the challenges, problems and opportunities encountered in leading/managing. The ultimate purpose is to help businesses increase profits and grow.
Membership Requirement:
Participants in the Roundtable Program must be members of the
Greater Southwest Houston Chamber of Commerce.
Who Qualifies:
Participants in CEO Roundtables arc CEOs, presidents, or individuals who have bottom-line responsibilities for small to medium size companies. The participants have formal authority to make the final decisions in their companies.
How Groups are Formed:
* Each roundtable has eight to twelve members.
* Members of a roundtable represent non-competing companies and are generally not in client/customer relationships with each other.
* The GSWHCC assigns members to groups based on non-competition, size of firm (number of employees) and on a first come, first serve basis.
* Each roundtable member will have the opportunity to review the members of his/her group. Requests for a transfer to another group due to a conflict should be made immediately to the GSWHCC and will he honored if space is available.
* The group selects one member of the roundtable to serve as a facilitator. The facilitator serves a liaison between the group and GSWHCC.
* No additional participants will be assigned into groups without the approval of the roundtable group members.
